Eye Brow Tinting
If you don't want to deal with putting globs and globs of mascara on your
light-colored lashes, we can tint them with a gentle vegetable dye which
lasts for three weeks. What a difference it makes! And, if you have
non-existing brows because the hair is so light, brow tinting is amazing. Not too dark. Just perfect!
